A little big update v0.31 (LINKS)

Hey guys, I hope you're having a great time. I managed to finish my update as promised. Now, as I've previously stated, with this update, the main story will not advance since it's mostly focused on the side stories. 0.29, 0.30 and 0.31 were originally one big update. But you would have waited 4 months to see it. So, I chose to break it in 3 smaller updates.
